Success Story: D' Gallery Design

In 2014, Bryan Soria decided to open D' Gallery Design. This spectacular store is located in the city of Guayaquil, Urdesa. In the Victor Emilio Estrada Avenue and Jiguas street 1117. They are specialized in the manufacture of furniture and decoration. Despite its short time competing in the market, they already are planning to open its second store.

Gian Paulo: How started the idea to open D' Gallery Design?

Bryan: I was in the second year of my business career, so I thought it was time to start thinking in an own business. First, I thought a little project, but then I met two good carpenter, they were working in a small garage. When I saw their furniture, I realized that with other materials and adding creativity I could make a business. I sold my car that my father gave me, rented the place and hired the two carpenter.

GP: What we can find in D' Gallery Design?

B: You can find a variety of furniture to your hall, dining room and living room. We also offer interior lighting design and automatic curtain system. We also have exclusive office furniture and decorations.

GP: Which product is the most demanded?

B: Dining sets and furniture for the living room have been always our most demanded products. However, these last months had increased the demand of the automatic curtain system.

GP: What do you have that make you different from the competition?

B: We have good quality, but also our competitors. Therefore, we have focus on the price, if you buy our furniture’s you can notice that our price is below of the competition. Our strength is that we offer the decoration advice service free, I you go to the competitors they charge you that service.

GP: How social networking has influenced in your business?

B: It help me a lot, I am always receiving calls asking me the price of the furniture’s that we have in Facebook and instagram. I think that if you know how to use the social networks to make impact in your customers, your business is going to grow very fast like it happen to me.

GP: How do you see your company in 5 years?

B: We are planning to open our second store next year. I see our company in the next years established and competing in big cities like Cuenca and Quito.
